Because every time someone moans/comments about the speed of the deal, they put it back an hour

He hasn't had his medical yet, so we can't have signed him.

I think you missed my point. If he signes now and the club thinks Mina might sign tomorrow, announcing both the next day will have more impact and seems like something anyone wanting the max amount of PR would go for, or at least concider.
