Loyalty

To say any fans who want changes to the squad or Martinez out are less loyal Evertonians is a little churlish I think. We all want the best for the club but as being fans, we all have different opinions. I wouldn't call you a lesser Evertonian for not wanting to make wholesale changes- if you think that's the best way for us to improve then fine. I think otherwise right now. Either way the common ground is we want to see some success. My first vague memory of supporting Everton was the 1995 cup final, so really I haven't seen us win anything at all. That's painful, doesn't make me less of a blue for wanting that to change!
Martinez has shown signs he is the man to bring that. I'm sure he's been surprised by the decline of Barry among others and we'll see in this window if he corrects that. Fergie was close to the sack early on too.

Don't tell people to "Go ____ yourself"
What a load of RAWK nonsense. There isn't a single blue I know who wants us to lose just so it would validate their opinion. And besides, even if they did, it has no bearing upon the result of the game. Our relegation form is NOT THE FANS FAULT!

Ridiculing and excommunicating those who are prepared to recognise and speak up about the failings on the pitch is what takes place in cults like RAWK.

Mhmm. Totally correct.

@Kurt I think you have a limited understanding of sarcasm so let me make this easy for you.

Go ____ yourself. Sincerely. :)

Agree with most of OP. The main issue with debating over the internet is that we all have a bit of Internet warrior in us and we post during the match/immediately after the final whistle which is when fume levels are at their highest hence people losing their rag a bit.

As others have mentioned there's an obvious confidence issue. As soon as we concede everyone's head noticably drops. I think what we need is a fully fit john stones to bring some calmness back to our central defence and a fully fit james Mcarthy to cover every blade of grass for 90'+ mins. We also need a scrappy 1-0 with the winner going in off someone's arse to get some confidence back.

Bill if this was genuinely just a poor patch of form from the team then I'd totally agree, but I've got a bad gut feeling that something is massively wrong behind the scenes...

At this point I just want to know what's going on, because at the moment you could probably pull a starting 11 off this forum who would show more fight than the lads on the pitch.

It's genuinely heartbreaking for me.

:(

I don't disagree at all that there is something more than just "bad form." That's clear by our play on the pitch.
