Hiya mate, I've posted the footage I saw. I hope I'm wrong because I think we should treat veterans with respect and dignity. Why did so many people pounce to try to shut me down? I've already said in this thread I dont think anybody should be protesting because of Corona.

to be honest though mate it’s almost certainly not true . I slaughtered that rat for burning the cenotaph flag because in my opinion it was scummy behaviour , I accept others will disagree . I also understand the anger others around that action but today doesn’t seem to be much about protecting the cenotaph or some statues , even if that was the initial intention it seems to have quickly moved away from that .

You are missing my point. I'm not arsed what posters are posting on here, can find my own proper news and make judgement. My point is people get shut down with cheap slurs if its doesn't suit their agenda. Its all over social media and not just talking about this debate. Both sides act like if they are right and belittle those who are on the other side of their views. You don't see people act like this in public.

I'm not agreeing with either side but responses like this are no good. Trying to silent people with slurs.

This is generally how it is in the current affairs forum mate. You either put up with it, don't come in here, or make use of the ignore function.

I tend to do the latter because I find it hard to put up with some of the stuff, but I also don't want to miss out on some of the good conversation and banter that goes on in here.
