I"m 1.5 miles north of this. I did not hear one siren and wouldn't know if I wasn't on the internets. I'm quite impressed with the response. In America the entire city, not matter how big it is would be on lockdown.

This was an act meant to incite terror, therefore it is terrorism, regardless of who or why.
