She’s clearly lying and knows it. Blaming the usual culture war culprits for her own incompetence - deep state, media, trans activists, civil servants, islamists. The irony being, she had the full backing of the media and was allowed to deliver exactly the budget she wanted.
It was the market that done for her. The capitalist system itself that reacted so badly to her budget that will leave her as a tricky quiz answer in a decade.
