Are you kidding?and apart from the usual political stuff, at the least the Guardian said this... “The ambition of Truss and her chancellor, Kwasi Kwarteng, to go for growth might well be a laudable one, given the intense pressure on households amid the cost of living crisis. But it should not be controversial to point out that the task is easier said than done.” Basically the idea was right but it’s implementation was terrible…and you’ll get no arguments from me.
What we now have is ‘stability’ or in other words decline and ‘austerity 2.0’….but if that’s what you want…..
