Why do we have the slowest, most ponderous, flat footed, one dimensional midfield in the 4 leagues of English football. How the hell can that midfield expect to create any chances for anyone when they are so painfully slow at EVERYTHING they do. Sig, schneid and Delph are seriously bad players and shouldn't be anywhere near a premiership side, and we've got all f+&%"*g three of them!

I mean, this guy is supposedly a professional footballer and he couldn't make a pass as simple as that one for a cert goal. A mediocre player down the local park could have made that pass.

Clear the whole team out. There should be no survivors.

We have no PACE, can you at least rectify that situation everton? Liverpool, like most other league clubs, have players with bags of pace, mobility and creativity. Our players have none of that. Who is recruiting our players ffs?

Every time I watch Schneiderlin I’m amazed how bad he is. You’d think I would expect it by now. But he’s shocking. Has no positive football attributes whatsoever.

Silva worked very hard to reintegrate him into the side, managed to make him look not appalling and was repaid with crabbery. I can't think of an Everton player I have hated more than him.

Ancelotti has to shoulder some blame, I know some think he’s the 2nd coming but he’s got to deliver. I thought the set up was poor.

The players performance was a dreadful embarrassment. No fight, no quality, no attitude.

This team, this club don’t deserve these fans. They continually let us down.

My only mild criticism of Ancelotti Eggs is that he should have told the players to not fanny around playing from the back against a team like the RS who will press high up the pitch. We should have basically gone long the entire game. Clearly also Mina and Coleman especially were uncomfortable playing the ball from the back.

Other than that, thought the set-up was OK barring maybe we should have started Davies over Schneiderlin. Can't really blame Ancelotti for the utterly spineless performance of the players. Pathetic doesn't even describe it. Paid tens of thousands of pounds a week to play football in a working-class city, and you put in a performance like that in front of 8,000 of your club's fans. They should be ashamed of themselves, if they have any professional pride.

Most of us would have lost our jobs by now if we performed like that at work.

I'm waiting for the usual 'we have a solid base that just need work' crap to be sprayed out next week by the typical manure spreaders high up within the club.

Hopefully Ancelotti will tell them where to go but I'm not confident.

The biggest mistake we could make is to take a Steve Walsh scattergun approach to bringing in new players. Three in January and possibly another three in the summer makes it manageable.

I've gone for the keeper on the basis that he was the only Everton player who wasn't terrible. None of the others scored more than 4 out of 10. Collectively, quite possibly the worst performance I have ever seen from an Everton team, given the quality of the team we were facing. We were completely outplayed by an under 21 team, and not very good one at that.

I'm glad I don't live in Liverpool anymore because I'd probably lock myself in for week after that.

The poll is for the biggest waste of space not MOTM.

Pure masochism. Feeling gutted pretty soon in the 2nd half. They should walk to the Goodison and train till midnight. Problem is that bunch of these players won't feel as I am feeling now. They just don't care.

For that many youngsters to come in and automatically be able to play their way is nothing short of brilliance. Must be a very well run academy and youth set up.
