I had a dream involving Jags last night but what he was doing isn't going to help us win the derby.I rarely (if ever) have dreams that involve football. But I just woke up and recall my dreaming that Naismith scores (it was from the edge of the box and beat the keeper diving to his left). I would like to say it was the Kop end, but the exact opposition was not (subconsciously) specifically described..... I hope it was Liverpool.
PS : I dreamt a whole lot of other really weird things. Where does our subconscious come up with all this Alice in Weirdland stuff?
In my case thats between 1 year and 20 years, hopefully a bit closer to the latter!I knew what you meant lol, but let's say you live till like 70-80 odd, that's at least 50+ years. I'm fairly sure that we'll win at least one Anfield Derby sometime between Saturday and 2064.
Well I have two formations. That one except replace Gibson with Besic and stick Besic on Gerrard. Gibson doesn't look match fit.![]()
Found That on Twitter.
The Starting line up?
My team for tomorrow -
(433)
Howard, Coleman, Jags, Stones, Baines, Besic, McCarthy, Barry, Lukaku, Naismith, Mirallas.
Reasons behind this -
Firstly, the defence, Coleman and Baines are pretty obvious. I'd defo play Stones over Distin and even though he's been poor Jags.
We need more bodies in midfield. In recent games we have been overrun as we have played Naisy in the hole and effectively have 2 midfielders so putting Besic in there would give us more insurance. Gibson and Osman imo don't have the legs to play but maybe come on with 20 to go.
We certainly need to accommodate Naisy due to his form so I'd play Lukaku out wide and Kev on the other side who will both hopefully terrorise their defence.
Mourinho seems to like playing 433 in the 'bigger games' so hopefully Martinez adopts the same attitude.
