Or to simply accept said helmet's conclusion that hands a place to a pretty scruffy and bog standard LB over and above the undeniable class of Digne? (I guarantee you that if Baines had had Digne's last season then Prentice would have had him in their as one of his XI).

Is Digne a better footballer than Robertson? Quite possibly.

Did Digne have a better 12 months than Robertson? Don’t be stupid.

Is Zouma a better footballer than Matip? My judgement would be yes.
