I remember being at Goodison for the Derby this year and feeling sick at half time.

Derbies with Liverpool are the most nerve shredding and unnerving 90 minutes you can have as an Evertonian. Doesn't matter if we win, lose or draw, the journey getting there is always horrid.

But the feeling when we win. Oh that feeling.

You know they feel the same as well. That's what makes it so special

I dont get nervous, i just hate the occasion. It's absolutely down to the perennial losses.

I will most likely be going to Anfield to watch this as I have a gut feeling we will win this, and boy would it be great to be there if we did and we are 3-6 points clear of them. Wish me luck!

Feel for Azzuri, I had my 18th on a derby day (When Murphy scored the winner, first one I'd been to as well). Was a sickener facing RS family members both at my meal that night and my party the next day, mind you with it being Easter weekend I had a good few bevvies to ease the pain lol

The Atkinson one was the last straw for me - the day that it finally sunk in that no matter what happens we are going to lose or draw at best. If it's not 'bottling it' you can rely on bad refereeing to change the game. Even if we were battering them you know that the pact with Satan will be invoked and there will be a Starfish dive in the penalty area in the 89th minute and the spot kick will be awarded.

The sheer emptiness in the stomach feeling afterwards has become too much to bear. Hate them.*
