only thing that worries me is that its carraghers last derby so could imagine the **** getting let off with all sorts by the ref but still think we will do them

£100 on us to beat United at home is a whole different thing to putting twice that on a result which hasn't happened in 13 years though...

Problem is though...even without Suarez they are dangerous - remember the semi-final when we all thought we would easily win as they had their 3rd choice keeper?

Our full strength starting 11 is good yeah - but Baines has been poor recently, Gibsons only just back from injury, Osmans been crap recently - and we have strikers which don't score.

Plus we may have nothing to play for - but Liverpool do, if they win this then they just need us to slip up against Chelsea and they finish above us.

I'd go with this. Kind of prefer Mirallas on the left, because Pienaar helps out Coleman get forward abit more - where as Baines doesn't need as much help!

That's what I was thinking mate, Mirallas is more effective on the left because he can cut inside more often and can cause problems all game.

Pienaar can play either side IMO.

I'd love a point. There, I said it. I'm getting no enjoyment out of the build up to this and the game will be horrific. We lose this and this decent season has been completely wrecked by two games. I can't see us turning up for this. I've seen us get out fought by these too many times recently. These will be absolutely bang up for it. Carragher's last derby, which will also galvanise Gerrard, last chance to drag us back and try and get 6th etc. The script, as it has been many times before, is perfectly written.

I do agree, Tottenham are vulnerable - and even Chelsea - look at their run in.

Still means beating Liverpool and Chelsea away - both things we havn't done under Moyes isnt it?
