I leaved sofa at the ground floor in the communal area now cause you need about 2-3 more people to lift it... It's a heavy weight

I can vouch for that - did try with Sergei this afternoon it's nice but a ton weight! - a three man job I reckon. Also will need a screwdriver to take the wooden base legs off to fit up stairs easier and avoid damaging walls. Good luck with it mate!
