Line up under Moyes.

If Moyes’ approach is to attack more, then you’d almost have to think Young gets a seat and maybe even Seamus. He’ll probably favor a younger approach in the back and hopefully at least two up front. No more hoofball to a lone striker on an island.

Can imagine Seamus playing if he's fit, just to have a captain on the pitch.

We desperately need a new winger and for McNeil to get fit too.

At the minute we are a counter attack team that can’t counter attack and a set piece team that can’t take a set piece.

We’ll be better with Moyes but he doesn’t have a magic wand

he doesn’t have a magic wand? ffs moyes out TFG out thell bell out

the pie seller out

the stewards out

the ball boys out!

Think Moyes would be happy enough with Ndiaye, McNeil, Mangala, Gana, DCL, Branth, Tarks, ONeil, Pickford, Garner.

Young and Coleman will play their part.

I wonder also if he could do better with Patterson, Myko, Beto.

He could try Harrison on the left.

Doucs...Lindstrom...Keane...Broja...bench or sell ?

Usuall back 4 of Young Tarkowski Branthwaite and Mykolenko. 2 defensive midfielders Guaye and 1 other. 3 midfielders hopefully N'Diaye as the 10 and Beto upfront on his own

Nostalgia aside, it’s time to slowly phase in the young guys more and move away from the older lads. Dyche absolutely fully relied on Young and Seamus. Tbf, they are having good years. But essentially never giving Patterson and JOB any playing time is criminal. Or Dixon.

How can you rate these guys based on 20 minutes all season?! They were starved for playing time and had to make the most of that rare moment. Unless they were perfect, they were never seeing the pitch again. The pressure was enormous and I’m sure it affected how they played. They probably played tight. They looked loose last week with the reins of all defense all the time lifted.

In one match versus Peterborough, there was so much positivity around here surrounding Nathan and Jake. And Harrison Armstrong , too. We’d be in a much better position if this was Dyche’s approach from day one. He could’ve been defensive-minded while pushing forward and testing new approaches. Makes me so mad at the dross we didn’t have to endure.

One thing’s for sure, old Burnley friendships and favoritism are out the door. How many times did underperforming Burnley boys get the nod no matter how poorly they performed. Think of Keane and Tarks. Dyche’s rigidity was strangling the entire name of Everton.

Patterson will get minutes he always liked a full back who bombed on, as will O'Brien, Moyesy loves a big CB. Ndiaye and Lindstrom might become false wingers, tucking in more
He liked a FB who could get back and defend too.

Wait'll he sees that divvy in training.

I can see Moyes liking Mykolenko.

He'll be a Hibbert type under Moyes and he wont trouble him getting ip the pitch too often...which will suit Mykolenko too.

It'll mean the RB will need to be very much spot on getting up and defending too.

If he saw Garner play there a few months back he'll hand him that berth IMO. What he should do is bring Dixon in and go for it. Tell the lad he has the chance to go and claim this position.

Garner was outstanding at right back before he got injured, so I'd play him there and bring in a central midfielder who can get up and down the pitch.

Yeah. Moyes will look to get a Rice-type in there. A big presence anyway.

Tim Iroegbunam he'll be looking to from the current squad.

Looks ugly as hell on that graphic, Ndiaye and McNeil would be much narrower playing as number 10s. Focus would be on left wing back and striker in this window.

Ah Dave come on. Give the lad a run in the side and let’s see if Moyes can get more out of him. One thing for sure is Moyes will give him a chance if he’s good enough .. !
