Fellaini is on 90k euro per month - it was amount mentioned by belgium press when we were buying him from Standard Liege. He will be getting one healthy rise next summer.

And it has to be a first Osman related transfer rumour topic I remember - I rate him, he is a best back-up for Arteta we have, so would only sell him for big money, like 7-8m pounds. Not gonna happen of course.

Many Evertonians would be surprised how high Osman is rated by Italians or Spaniards watching Premier League, can't believe in bashing he is receiving, here included. Especially when is is actually talented, he's a hard worker and a home grown player - perfect combination for fans I would guess in theory.

TOP POST! That's a reason why I don't expect players to be loyal - if they are, good for us; if not, good luck elsewhere. Majority of fans don't deserve loyalty from players, as they aren't loyal too. Some examples on GOT over last few years too, starting with Arteta...

Seconded couldn't agree more mate. 8m is the figure I believe we would sell at -haven't read the whole thread so my apologies if already posted-we have had a bid of 5m for Ossie- but we naturally can't go back into the market at that price. For me he'll go way his 30th Birthday here with us and I'm quite content with that.

Ossie for me is priceless in terms of his value to the squad- his 1st team record including time on loan is not too shoddy either just slightly better than 1 in 8 goal scroign ratio. The fact he only started out full on in Prem at age 23 gives him another 5 to 6 years at least of useful service here and injuries permiting another 4 or so years at a lower prem club- plenty of football left in the little man yet .

Thank him for being so flexible with us where he has played- but hope he gets plenty of minutes to shine in the middle even if not as 1st choice. One thing that did surprise me is that he has only ever scored 4 times in the FA Cup -at least they were all decent ones.

Another one. We as fans, tend to get right pissed off when a player ditches us at the first sign of money. We'll **** them off on forums and say there's no such thing as loyalty. And yet when the shoe is on the other foot, some of us act the same, forgetting what a great servant Ossie has been for the club over the years.

Disgusted by this attitude. If I was a player looking for a club, this side of the everton fan base would seriously put me off.

The lads been here since he was 14, is a local lad, a true blue (even if he supported the dark side when he was a nipper), has had almost 200 appearances and scored near to thirty goals - and you lot can't wait to throw that back in his face, at the first sign of a few million.

what kind of fans have we got these days?

Here here !!!

Dont have time to trawl through the previous pages, I dont like this forum layout but hey-ho, I am 'new' here :)

Osman is a great little player, fantastic touch, proper footballer and a real asset if he plays around the box, centrally.

Put him wide and he is absolutely garbage. Count how many times he faces a defender, does that shitty little shimmy he has (you have all seen it) as he tries to knock it past the grock and ends up on his arse OR the defender having a chuckle and waltzing away with the ball thinking 'that was easy.'

Thing is, we have loads of cover centrally. Moyes has assembled a fantastic squad in his time here, and Osman is not the kind we need to make that final push. I know Moyes loves versatile players and players that dont moan, but if the money from his sale can be used towards making us stronger in other areas (wide pace for example) it's a no brainer.

Its such a random link. It's not gonna happen.

Or could it... :whip:

But nah it seriously wont

OR maybe it could... :whip:

Almost definatly wont happen

But there is a possible possibility... :whip:

Moyes told me it wont happen

But Kenwright said it will... :whip:

But nah probs not

But I think he will go Palermo... :whip:

Although he'll definatly stay at Everton

Even though hes likely to be on the plane to Italy right now... :whip:

The :whip: icon is making me lol........... :whip:

Eduardo went to Russia from Arsenal with 6milll price on his head. Thought he was a cracking striker...sorry for off topic reply :)

Palermo will present two midfielders tomorrow according to Zamparini. Nothing is signed yet, but it looks good he says. So we will know more tomorrow.

Here here !!!

I agree with both of you. Ossie has been a major major servant to Everton Football Club. I would hate to see him go, but would thank him and wish him good luck for the future...

That post match interview after the Arsenal 2-2 draw at the Emirates in the snow was class. Showed his true colours. Top man.
