Bedminster, grew up on North Street just across from Ashton Gate.Stick around mate. We have loads of regular posters from other clubs, and we dont bite. What part of Bristol are you from?
We had a Yeovil fan on our forum saying he was the best player he'd ever seen at Huish Park. Not much competition granted haha, but for a teenager who hadn't played mens football before it's still bloody impressive.Seemed to be on the cards, but still taken aback and genuinely sad. @ZiderEyed you're lucky - check out ciderspace too to see what Yeovil fans used to say about him - I know it was a couple of levels down, but it was also a couple of years ago and the way a slight looking teenager helped turn around the season for a club that looked like falling out of the football league was impressive.
Hopefully we'll get him back some day!
Me too, most talented kid of the bunch imo. Don’t like to knock other Everton youngsters. But how can we keep williams and get rid of Walsh. Smacks of unsworth, loves the lads who run around throwing tackles inGenuinely gutted here as well. Will be watching City and rooting for the lad. We better have gotten a buy back option
I’d have him playing ahead of Schneiderlin in a heartbeatMe too, most talented kid of the bunch imo. Don’t like to knock other Everton youngsters. But how can we keep williams and get rid of Walsh. Smacks of unsworth, loves the lads who run around throwing tackles in
Maybe the plan is to sell our best players from the 23’s every season as well as the 1st team. We will be selling Antony Gordon from the 18’s nextFeel exactly the same mate, this lad is better than Davies, Baningime etc and should have got a chance in the First Team in the second half of the season. Meanwhile we’ve still got Schneiderlin, Klaasen, Besic & McCarthy all wasting places in our First Team squad.
With City flying high and needing midfield reinforcements who can hit the ground running, this seems a bit of an odd move if it happens.
I like Walsh, he's a cracking little footballer, so good luck to him if he moves to Bristol, but I'm not 100% convinced this is likely to happen.
Genuinely gutted that players like Schneiderlin can play absolutely crap all season and the likes of Walsh can’t even get a game. Even more frustrating when the seasons over and in my opinion we should be blooding the likes of Walsh and seeing what he can do.I’d have him playing ahead of Schneiderlin in a heartbeat

In other words. Being arsey.I'm not. Just tired of people whinging the club are selling an academy player that they've never seen and only heard on a forum is half-decent.

We all know where you stand on this one mate and in the end you were proved right and got what you wanted.
Let those of us (of which there are plenty) who are genuinely upset at the kid leaving have our say.
