Rivalries aside, that video is horrendous. I feel desperate for the thousands of families who must be worried sick at the moment. What a horrible world we live in.

Can’t see it being terror related as there’s no reason for the car to stop if they were intent on maximum carnage.

I know it looks deliberate, but I'm still clinging on to it being a medical "episode" or someone panicking and losing control. If not, why does he stop? If it's a terrorist, wouldn't he have kept going to cause maximum carnage?
