I know it looks deliberate, but I'm still clinging on to it being a medical "episode" or someone panicking and losing control. If not, why does he stop? If it's a terrorist, wouldn't he have kept going to cause maximum carnage?

Makes me feel sick looking at it, whatever the cause. Really hope that nobody has been killed, but it does look bad.

a very sad day for the city, their triumph is all well and fine, they've enjoyed their season. someone or someone's using their vehicle as a weapon to mow down celebrating fans and revelers is a dark turn for us all.
