Not strictly ‘around town’, but last year when we had a ‘casual’ clobber day 6 out of the 53 that work in my office turned up in their tops. No full kits though at least. Interestingly though they were the only people wearing colours. This is in East London, not Merseyside.

I was downtown early this morning. The place was infested throughout with their over decorated supporters from far and wide. Church Street/ Williamson Sq. was like The Night of the Living Dead... a caterpillar of red and white tat making its way. Clearly a lot of strangers given the accents and confusion over whereabouts they were.
