Allan and dcl can't be fit. Dangerous to start them in this type of game. But it's disappointing

I'd have started DCL out of the two of them. I think it shows how little Ancelotti thinks of our midfield that Allan comes back in tonight.

Edit: bloody hell. Didn't realise Allan was on the bench. Glad I'm already drunk.

Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk was ruled out for the season with the knee injury he suffered in a tackle from Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford in October.

They still not found a vaccine for his leg yet?

I dislike Delph but he would offer more than Gomes in midfield thats the sad thing atleast he can get his foot in and tackle.

...that’s true, but to get anything we need to be brave in possession. We have to have spells where we keep the ball, I’m sure that’s why Gomes and Rodriguez are starting.

Wasnt optimistic before the game and seeing that line up my confidence has plummeted further......... They`ll attack, score 2 or 3. We will play Sam Allardyce football at 3-0 down looking to nick the odd goal.

Just fed up honestly thought all day he was fit to start, and he would have a field day with crosses coming into the box. Richie isolated due to the midfield being so deep. James will have to pass the ball to the ref because he will be the only option available hahah god it’s hard.

In a lot of games James is having too drop deep to get on the ball, then when he's looked up there is no movement ahead of him and he's got frustrated. I just don't know where that movement ahead of him once again is going to come from.

Sadly that is a team that cannot retain possession and doesn't have an out ball.

Richarlison will be hopelessly isolated become frustrated chasing lost causes and I fear for a red card.

He can't play with his back to goal and I fear he will be watching a lot of Holgate , Keane , Godfrey and Co.
