Was a particularly terrific strike from Dobbin, not sure I’d describe Doucoure’s the same but the outcome was just as sweet.

With his weaker foot too, that was a great goal, as the ball was high. To get over the ball, control it, but also hit through with such power is very impressive.

You can see Dobbin's abulity is really in and around the box. He has a lot of competition with McNeil and to a degree Harrison, but scoring those sort of goals will do him no harm.

Tremendous finish wasn't it. He is never afraid of a shot, can run down blind alleys a lot and lose the ball, but he'll always keep going and always back himself.

Today was a great moment for him, always buzzing to see an academy player make the step up but even better when they score.

I was pleasantly surprised when he signed that contract extension - was worried he did not think he had a clear pathway to playing, really happy for him.

I suspect he has been working on the defensive side of his game for dyche to trust him, he did win the ball/a couple of free kicks when he came on which I thought was good to see
