Id differ on a few points primarily the players to sell - to be honest i wouldnt sell anyone above Jukebox standard. Yobo has proven hes capable of keeping 20 odd clean sheets a season. Distin with a bit of consistencey in partnership has impressed me of late and seems increaseingly capable. Im a confirmed Yak fan and would start him every time but you should never get rid of quality and Saha is that.

Two points on next season:

A) The team hasnt been solid enough front to back, the old Everton grit and tough to break down simply isnt there and we havent learned to balance our improved creativity against soliditity and this has showen in our goals against colum and the amoutn of chances temas have made against us.

B) We need to develop as a team (manager included) to be able to play against teams who play spoiling tactics and two deep banks of four - although its the ultimate mark of respect and a signal of how far we have come as a footballing side - we simply havent been able to break down teams who try not to get beat, in fact some have beaten us by nicking the odd one against us agains the run of play ( see above).

To many draws and not enough wins beacuse of above!

Yeah mate I'm with you all the way with Yak he's our best striker and one we need to keep happy. As for Saha he just never looks interested and doesn't work hard enough. He's on top wages as well so for me even his wages would save about 2.5 / 3 mill a year . We'll see but still this summer is about raising some cash and I think we'd get money for yobo and saha which might fund a right winger unless we get a new owner ??

I generally agree with what you said. One of our great strengths is that we're a team. We don't rely on a Rooney, a Fabregas or a Torres to be the difference. There are tweaks that we can make to the system that we use and the personnel, but they're finishing touches. An overhaul isn't necessary.

The RS will be lucky to make the top 10 next time if Rafael, Torres, Gerrard and Benayoun make their expected departures.

I expect James Milner (and possibly Ashley Young) to be in demand over the summer. If O'Neill carries out his threat to leave too, they'll be severely weakened next year.

If Rooney suffers a dip in form or an injury, then Man U will fall away from the summit unless they invest.

Arsenal have weakness upfront, in defence and also the goalkeeping department that Arsene has continually failed to address.

Chelsea are an ageing side and urgently require new blood.

Spurs could potentially be a shout for the title next year if they can add one or two more 'winners' to their squad.

If we can churn out results over the season, there's no reason why we can't be pushing for the Champion's League places next season. We've proved that we're a match for any team in the division. We do need to turn draws into wins against the midtable teams though.

I still think you've provided some good matches this season. I'm a bit sorry for you that you missed out on Europe but here's hoping you won't have a plight at the beginning of next season.

If someone comes up to me and says "Everton, 2009/10 season. First thing that comes to mind?" I will say "doing the double on Citeh". Well done fellas, not an easy task, which shows that the potential really is there.
