We were in for him about two seasons ago but chose Wigan over us got injured in one of his first few games and came back a few months ago! Someone Moyes has bid for before, this one could catch is on the hop during the summer!

We were in for him about two seasons ago but chose Wigan over us got injured in one of his first few games and came back a few months ago! Someone Moyes has bid for before, this one could catch is on the hop during the summer!

Yeah, I do remember him and I saw over on a few Wigan forums (when I was looking around for information on Paul Scharner) that he had been injured but had worked his way back and was thought of highly.

Not sure how much of an upgrade Baines would be over Naysmith though - now that Nace also scores goals - one per touch

We could do with signing a tricky South African to complement him perhaps.

it could have been a touch of the delron buckleys that meant we couldnt recruit another player due to wages until we off loaded someone.

he got a trial at sheff utd, didnt get taken on, and went to swiss side basle like neiler mentioned.

lost track of him since, but lets be fair, they did have christian gross as manager fairly recently and were/are the big swiss side.

i wonder if the swiss top league pays better than championship sides.
