Not one bid will get considered until Baines tells Everton he wants to leave, i'm 100% positive of that.
Kenwright wouldn't sell Baines if he didn't want to go, he'd know what would be coming his way.

For what it's worth, I think he will stay.
He may well not want to be part of that soon to be sinking ship at Old Trafford !

Haha! I think he will as well mate!
His interview on the OS, he states how he'd spoken to Martinez on the phone and talked about how he couldnt wait for the new season to start etc, but the moment his old manager comes in for him he'll pretty much swerve Martinez off after saying all that?! He's not that type of person, if you get me.
