We'd take £15m, so it can't have been offered. This time next year Baines will be into his last year of his contract and so will have a transfer value of only a couple for million, so it's going to be costly to keep him at that loss. Fellaini on the other hand still has 3 or 4 years left on his contract.

And selling him, taking away the goalscoring chances he creates, may lose us many millions in league positions. And keeping him isnt a "loss" if we dont intend on selling him. Football is more than just a business
