Vardy by and large less effective when opposing teams sit deep. His England record shows that, much as I like the guy and would have been glad to see at Goodison years ago.
Ideally I'd play with 3 at the back and deep laying R & L wingbacks in Kenny/ Digne. Can we play well like that? Yes, in theory. But whilst we're still finding our feet it's probably not sensible. 4-4-2, shore up the defence, Sigs Walcott, Rico and I'd go Niasse to hit them on the break, Bernanrd / DCL / Tosun to come on and run channels and basically keep up a counter threat.
