….i watched the last couple of games and was surprised at the lack of leadership on the pitch. I appreciate players are petrified of the situation but that’s when you need character, especially given how highly rated some of your players are.

Total rebuild now, it’ll take the right people in charge and likely take a while but you’ll know when you start enjoying your team again they’re on the road back.
Highest wage bill in championship history. Players like Harry winks on £90k per week. Feel like it's gonna get a whole lot worse before it gets better but hopefully there's at least a club there left to support when the nepo baby sells up

😂 say what you really feel fellas

Totally deserved back to back relegations. The fans have barely whipped up a protest either. The club could be finished in a year or two

So you can celebrate even more haha
I'm sure plenty of people are asking Leicester fans this, it's not an original question, but I'd honestly be interested to know whether, if in 2014, someone had told you in the back half of the 2014/15 season that you would:

  • Avoid relegation to the Championship
  • Win the Premier League the next season
  • Reach the Champions League quarterfinals the season after that
  • Win the FA Cup a few seasons later
  • Get relegated to the Championship in 2023
  • Get promoted back to the Premier League in 2024
  • Get relegated back to the Championship in 2025
  • Get relegated to League 1 in 2026

... would you have taken the bargain?

It's not been dull being an Evertonian over the last few years, but it's nothing compared to that decade-long run of soaring highs and crashing lows.

At least you've felt alive!

Mate we're the real life Harchester United (Dream team TV drama)

But in answer to your question, yes a thousand times over. 2015/16 was the best year of my life by a distance. My first child was born and we went on to do the unthinkable and everything felt incredible. And then my second child was born in 2020 and we won the FA cup that season. So really it's on me for not knocking out some more kids 😂

I know your question is hypothetical but it's not a trade off that needed to be made. The rot started with Brendan Rodgers twice capitulating nailed on top 4 finishes and then the standards have dropped ever since. Obviously the helicopter crash has massively impacted things too as his son just isn't up to it on any level and has surrounded himself with mercenaries

I guess it's better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all but right now there's a massive disconnect between the club and the sane parts of our fanbase

Yeah, I mean you have no control over what your club does, really - so you've got to savour the highs (the impossible highs, really, in Leicester's case - a title win that will live on forever) and not let the lows ruin your life!

Leicester will be back.

….defensively very poor, looked wide open and Begovic doesn’t help.

I’d have thought Rowett’s priority should’ve been to make them hard to beat and utilise the likes of Mavididi and Fatawu. Sit in knowing you have a bit of quality in the top third should’ve been enough to keep that team safe at Championship level.

Difficult now to shift players on big bucks contracts, they’ll have to be offered up for small fees. A good manager is so important for a bit of stability. I won’t have much opportunity to say I once played at Leicester, although it was Filbert St back then. Never scored, I recall it was 0-0 but I did find the net at Enderby Town which is in that neck of the woods.
