We've just had an election here, and as a result of a few boring things I wont go into; we have a hung Parliament.

Lets have our own vote, purely based on the ideology of left/right political spectrum

Wiki defines it as

The terms left and right are often used to spin a particular point of view rather than as simple descriptors. In modern political rhetoric, those on the Left typically emphasize their support for working people and accuse the Right of supporting the interests of the upper class, whereas those on the Right usually emphasize their support for individualism and accuse the Left of supporting collectivism.

On the left you've got famous heads like Obama, JFK, Clinton, Gore, Blair, Brown, Kinnock and Wilson.

On the right you've got luminaries like Schwarzennegger, Bush, Lincoln, McCain, Churchill, Thatcher, Cameron.

So where do you sit?

Simply saying left and right is too simplistic as it assumes that you can only be economically and socially right or left rather than a combination of the two.

For instance I'm a free markets man, so economically right, yet think drugs should be legalised, couldn't care less where people stick their doodles, don't believe in god and am generally speaking socially liberal (ie I don't believe we have any right telling others how to live their lives, and governments certainly don't).

Sadly few political parties follow such a philosophy, probably because on both axis (economic and social) it would involve governments doing as little as possible. Turkey's and Christmas springs to mind.

i would find it hard to vote tory/right in england but elsewhere?

For someone with such a trashy mouth you've shown an amazing unwillingness to engage with any of the points I've raised. That's points rather than saying right wingers are various forms of [Poor language removed].

If we're to infer that as right wingers are ugly and stupid, that people such as yourselves are highly intelligent and hung like a tree trunk I would suggest the mirrors in your house are of the comedy variety.
