Player Valuation: £1m
im first going to start off with how good DAVID MOYES has been while inncharge of our club......

we are back to continually thinking of europe rather than relagation
our squad gradually improves over each season
he generally turns average players into good team players
tbh he has given us more reasons to be cheerful than down

however his idea of changes and when they should happen totally baffle frustrate and downright bug me :(

they usually are too late( imo anyawys), while all around him feel the game has changed course and a different approach is needed, and more often than not err on the side of caution rather giving you the feelin of optmism

anyways its not a get him out thread but just ventin some frustration and anger as once again everton got themselves into the mix with the big boys and came horribly short :(

lol far too few words to rid my self of frustration

ive started to take it out on my miller only another 18 to go

ermmm...one of his subs was involved in the build up for another sub to score.

What the problem was was [Poor language removed] defending

True, but it seems like around 50-55 mins some players start to lose energy. If Moyes would make a sub around that time then it might help keep everyones energy up and keep the pressure on the other team, which would help the defenders. But what do I know.

it would also pay dividends on the virtual bookie, come on moyes I go for it every week, I'll share the virtual points ffs.

I agree, he always makes a sub on 70 whether or not it's needed and when 90% of us fans can see we will benefit from 2 strikers on the pitch playing 442 Moyes never takes a game by the horns and always prefers to play safe. I have a few Preston fan friends and they all say he was the same there. Great manager though but surely he's intelligent enough to see where he can improve and listens to constructive criticism, if he changes a couple of minor things we have a manager capable of really taking us to the next level

He needs to learn how to break open stubborn defence and play his best and most effective players.
The effective approach is short intricate passing style which only works well with creative and intelligent players. There're 2 problems that's hindering this style, hoofing and the wrong choice of players namely Cahill and Phil. Once we rectify these we'll be playing to our full potential and top 4 is within grasp.
