Leeds United staff member spying on Derby

I thought the whole philosophy behind being professional was to take advantage of everything you can, ideally within the rules. From what's been reported this guy was watching a training session. Look at any major tournament, every team trains behind closed doors to stop this from happening. Naive of Lampard and Derby if they think they can take an "open" training session and not expect opponents to take advantage. I'm watching the game later today with beer, hope Leeds smash then now.

It’s 3/4 through and Leeds are winning 2-0

Silva is apparently very cagey about letting people watch our training sessions.
