But we did play better that first half. And countless times I've seen shades of that same "handball" be not called a handball. It hit him above the elbow with no daylight between his arm and chest, off of two ricochets

Terrible decision on the penalty, you can’t legislate for that. There’s literally nothing Tarkowski could do to prevent it.
