Bray 5 pts clear of Drogheda (game in hand) at the top of the first. Hopefully we'll be back in the Prem next season, great finish to the season.

Honestly, probably the closest thing Cork has had to a state funeral. RIP John@NeroCeasar https://www.irishexaminer.com/news/munster/arid-40053533.html
Got your spelling right this time. JK RIP.

Back on the pitch and city are away to Harps on Sunday in what is possibly the biggest game in the club's history. Defeat and there is no hope of staying up, it really is must win territory now and no one really believes we can win it. Kit Elliott is back again from Huddersfield, he was brilliant in his only game the 3 0 win over Sligo and went back to his club after picking up an injury in that game. Pinning all your hopes on a 19 year old loanee coming back from injury is probably not the best strategy tbh but we are where we are
Fantastic result last night. Deserved to win during the 90 mins, were possibly running out of steam a little in extra time. 5 very good penalties and happy for Gary Rogers to be the hero on the eve of his 39th birthday. You couldn't ask for a better opportunity than a single leg "home" match against a team from the Faroe Islands to get into the Europa League group stages. They pulled off a great result last night but I don't think Tblisi are what they used to be, plus Ki only got to this stage via a walkover victory against Slovan Bratislava in the previous round.
Remarkable that Dundalk have a crack at a second group stage qualification, given all the hurdles Uefa put in front of the smaller nations nowadays.
