So Neville is out for a while now, which many will see as a blessing in disguise.

Who will the side turn to for leadership?

Jags looks like he'll take the captaincy but I'm not sure if he's the right type of character personally, same goes with Osman and Baines, they just all seem a bit timid.

Any ideas?

Last season I'd have said Johnny but he's been fairly atrocious this season. But I'm sure Jags will grow into it.

What the world needs now is Strong Leadership.

Is this the worst best start ever?

5th in the table and every week we seem to be throwing away points.

this is the worst best start ever, i ca't remember having my head in my hands so much from so few games, don't get me wrong i am loving the fact we are up in the tiop five. But if we continue in this manner, we will only finish in and around tenth, we seem a bit vulnerable at the back and light in terms of chances taken from those created...very frustrating....I do believe Coleman is a weak link...

It doesn't matter; they're grown adults playing a game. A 35-year-old fella mouthing off and pointing at stuff isn't going to make a jot of difference.

Not sure that's right. So much sport down the ages has been won and lost through the psychological condition of the athletes.

Teams, like any successful group if people through history need strong leadership.

You get far more inspiration from someone leading by example and playing at the top of their game.

Neville's infamous slide tackle had a bigger impact on team mentality than his pointing has ever done.

I've missed your point. Are you saying Neville is a poor leader or a group of adults playing football shouldn't need a leader?
