We already get no external investment into players. Selling our best players would hurt their investment I would think

If I remember correctly when kings dock was in the planning they put forward a proposal to have all green lights for a certain time post match all the way to M62 plus the possibility of reopening parliament street station

put it further along around sandhills, two train stations , easy to get to from town or motorways and more than one way out, plus still L4
