Kill Bill Volumes 1 & 2.

Still utterly brilliant. Fight scenes have aged a bit, but the Tarantino-ness is still all there.

Aliens: Directors Cut

Bloody hell it is a good movie. All the 98% of the film and special effects still hold up today. The directors cut is even better than the theatrical release.
