Live, Die, Repeat is cool. Cruise has a life pass from me from Top Gun etc, and Cage is a guilty pleasure, who's been in some great films - Con Air, Face Off etc, and can actually do good work, eg Leaving Las Vegas.

Adaptation. A mad, brilliant film.

Yeah. Goodfellas just nails it in everyway. As you say Scarface has the one liners which stand out but for me it's not as good.

Still good but not as good.

I boycott Tom Hanks movies, think Big is one of the last ones of his I've seen. I got tricked a few years back to watch a movie with him and Sandra Bullock in about 9/11

I fumed, because I boycott her movies as well. The movie was awful, I've proved myself right.

I've never seen shawshank redemption even though people tell me it's brilliant. I boycott Tim Robbins movies as well.

Mate, you need to see shawshank, and then you need to watch Arlington Road, then you need to tell me Robbins is a fraud.

Trust me, if you've never watched both those films, you are in for a treat, wish I could wipe my memory and be in your shoes, finding a film of the class of those in this day and age is a struggle, nigh on impossible.

Just watched Suite Francais. It was ok. If the book didn't have such a profound provenance, I doubt it would have even warranted a film production.

yup good film haven't seen it for yonks so might give in a whirl , Watched Miller's Crossing again though yesterday, it gets better.
