Just watched Dallas Buyers Club again. I'd originally seen it on a poxy little toy screen in-flight, but still loved it and, having just watched it again in full HD splendour, I' have to rate it up there with the most powerful films I've ever seen.

Some truly fantastic acting from the two leads, and this is definitely one film I'll never tire of seeing.

Anchorman 2 - Pretty awful, decent soundtrack though


Lets be cops - Starts slowly, after a while gets a bit better were you think it might turn into a decent watch then goes [Poor language removed] again and stays that way, wouldnt recommend though nina dobrev is rather lovely

The Equalizer - Denzel is awesome, there's no denying it. Moretz is one hell of an actress, I think I love her. The film: great action, semi-decent storyline, predictable. Wouldn't watch again but would definitely recommend.

Fight Club - blown away. First time I've seen it (I know, I know) and what a film it is. I worked out the twist in the plot quite early on, but I don't think it's supposed to be hidden and it certainly didn't detract from the enjoyment of the film. Great performances from all the lead characters although I do reckon Helena Bonham-Carter looks strangely like Johnny Depp. Will definitely watch again and not only because I started falling asleep towards the end (long day, 5 hours sleep, 6 hours on public transport and a few beers). Great film.
