Last Film You Watched

Finally watched love actually after 22 years. Really enjoyed it and enjoyed all the different stories and how they intertwined with each other. The main takes I took from it though was the foreshadowing of Neesons character and what happened in real life was very spooky and that the casting of Colin firth in the king speech was top notch given that he stutters a few times in this film.

You’re only 22? Makes sense tbf

I watched Joors last night, seen it before but not for a long time.

I particularly like the scene where they’re getting bevied and exchanging injury stories on the boat when the shark starting ramming their boat.

9pm bbc2

Then itv2+1 at 11pm for the second half of Batman begins.

A point today but live comms actually hurt, so MotD can get in the bin alongside the wofters playing cricket for england. ps nic coppola sucks!

Curious but you seem to always listen to Everton on the radio, do you ever actually watch them?

I'd never condone the illegal viewing of 3pm (or otherwise) copywritten licence blah blah sporting product. So I'd certainly never admit to viewing myself. The radio is handy because it's as near as live broadcast as you can get, for instance I was accused of telling porkies re the Tarkowski equaliser as forum members were behind the match by a minute or two. As for the match at the new ground, due to mobility issues a seat isn't right for me so a dialogue exists for differently abled access. Unfortunately for me that means waiting as it's a long list for a relatively small amount of specs. I hope I answered that as fully as you'd like.

I finally got around to watching Napoleon with Joaquin Phoenix. It didn’t get great reviews but I have to say I thought it was pretty epic and had great acting. The Battle of Austerlitz was stunning. Given it was Ridley Scott, it had the look and feel of Gladiator.

Yeh the question wasn't a dig; was just genuinely curious.
