....just watched I See You on Netflix, spoilt for me by Helen Hunt having here face ‘ironed’. Took me a bit to work out who it was as she’s familiar but different.

No idea why some actors don’t grow old gracefully.

Watched 'Nobody' on the stream last night. Great film!
Bob Odenkirk (Better Call Saul) is the lead actor.
A rollicking action adventure / shoot em up film.
Worth a watch!

Eventually got round to watching The Irishman last night. An epic film with some stellar acting from De Niro and Pacino. Well worth the long running time.

Watched Nomadland. Must say I thought it was very watchable, but strangely underwhelming - although it's hard for any film to blow you away when there's been so much hype. I did really like the closing scene, though. Not your typical Oscar bait, but Oscar bait nonetheless.

Apologies for liking and quoting a post that's three months old.

Watched Nomadland last night, felt it was engaging to hear people talking candidly about their lives, but it was underwhelming.

Mrs. BT looked at me when it finished and shrugged. That's as reliable a review as you'll ever get. It's a shrug of a movie.

Loved Eurovision tbh, but apart from that he has been in nothing but dirge for the last decade or so

Just watched “The Mitchell’s vs The Machines” on Netflix and can’t speak highly enough of it. It’s a PG and perfect for a family viewing, but me & my fiancé watched it and it’s one of the best animations in recent years.
