Although they weren't actually good films, I really enjoyed the first two Transformer movies. Maybe that's partly because I used to love playing with the toys when I was little. I had a bos Optimus Prime truck and everything.

I loved the toys and cartoon from the 80's. We need to punish Bay for these movies and let someone like Christopher Nolan start again.

Watched Requiem for a Dream for the first time the other day. Absolute class. It's been dubbed one of those films that you love yet don't necessarily want to watch it again for a while, and I agree! It's chilling. The sequence at the end where it's flicking inbetween all our character's lives as they crumble to pieces with the haunting soundtrack is simply film brilliance.

I remember the first time i watched it, I couldnt work out who ended up in the worse state.
