It was good. Proper Oscar bait movie.. but i guess it succeeded. It was good, not amazing, but good.

Bit biased cause I love Mahershala Ali.

Godfather part 3. It's okay . It's not Godfather part 1 or Goodfellas that's for sure .

Just been to see Birds of Prey. It’s ok but no more. The set pieces and fight scenes are done really well I thought.

But a lot of it style over substance. Introduces the new characters but I didn’t care about any of them really. Not saying the performances were bad, just the characters are poorly written.

5/10 at best

Wakes up from a 7 year coma and proceeds to run round california bladdering yardies, triads, mafia, bloods, crips etc.

Yeah I agree. The fight scenes saved it from being a total waste of time in the end. The plot is an absolute mess and the characters are so poorly done that it's unreal.

Just got back from seeing Birds of Prey in IMAX. Thought it was OK, nothing more - watchable enough, and thankfully it wasn't too long. Much preferred it over Suicide Squad. Was disappointed Mary Elizabeth Winstead wasn't given much to do, as she's always been interesting in anything else I've seen her in. McGregor woefully miscast as the villain.

A hidden gem on Netflix - Super Dark Times.

Reads like a run of the mill teen passage of right film, it’s anything but.

Four young lads in an anonymous American town, messing about and something goes very wrong.

From then on it’s dark as anything as their relationships fall apart and guilt eats away at them.

Cracking performances from the kids, dark and brooding.
