Watched Pulp Fiction for the billionth time last night. An absolutely perfect film. The dialogue is so very good. Samuel L Jackson was made for that role.

Shows all you need is a good script and you can achieve anything in film. A concept that seems to have been lost these days.

A cracker if you like satire.

Brad Pitt plays the fictional American General - Glen McMahon, sent to Afghanistan by Obama to try and win / end the war.

Got mixed reviews, but I thought it was excellent, a top piss take as to the futility of what the Americans were trying to achieve.

I can see why it wouldn’t be for some, but I thought it was very funny in the main.

It was based on a real general too.
