Ps - I`d add Baby Driver and Trainspotting 2 to the list as well.

Baby Driver is just great fun and Train Spotting 2 is bitter sweet and melancholy, rather than in your face like the first. Still very funny though.

Can we do a best of 2017 run down, please? Maybe 3 or 5 you liked.
Don’t get out to watch films much and the last two were Rogue One and Ep 7 so not exactly sleepers. Looking for things to rent on a Friday night over the next few months.

Been a poor couple of years for films imo, best sticking to tv series, miles better than anything that's come out on film over the last few years

Went further back in my searches to see if I'd missed anything(only sci fi btw) and I've found a couple. Children of Men from 2006 with Clive Owen and Moon from 2009 with Sam Rockwell. I'll see how they go.

Moon is an outstanding film, make it top of your list.

Sam Rockwell is outstanding.

Children of Men is average.
