Well...guessing he'll be playing in the champions league next season. No real surprise he might not be staying, but I do think he's a good player if Bayern are after him.

LARS JACOBSEN is a shock target for Bayern Munich — after just one game for Everton.

The right-back arrived on a free last summer from Nuremburg but has been limited to a solitary appearance in last month’s 2-1 defeat at Portsmouth.
Bayern had Jacobsen, 29, watched during Denmark’s recent World Cup qualifiers and plan to pounce when his 12- month contract expires at the end of the season.
Jacobsen got off to a nightmare start at Goodison when he suffered a dislocated shoulder.

And once he recovered fitness, he found his first-team route blocked by Tony Hibbert.

Now the Dane, who has 22 caps, has accepted he will be no more than a bit-part player and is preparing to move on.

Shame he got injured really as I thought he would have been a decent right back for us. But wouldn’t want to go and join Bayern at the minute, 9 goals conceded in their last two games, will not be going any further in the Champions League and currently 4th in the league (be it only 4pts from 1st)

Feel sorry for Lars, but you cannot argue with Hibbert's form. If Hibbert gets injured then the Jag goes right back and we've got that Coleman lad coming through. Think Lars will be off and good luck to him

I cant argue with that either...but I can argue putting Jags at right back to accomodate Yobo. If Yobo hadnt have been injured that 1 game for Lars would be 0 games - and to me he looks a good player.

Lars should've been given a chance to prove his worth when he came back to fitness. Aint gonna happen now.

No i agree, Jags isn't a right back and nor should he be put there to accomodate Yobo. But if were talking about injuries and the RB position then Moyes knows he can put Jag there if needs must.

straight swap for one of their "stars" imo would be a good deal, take shandy too ffs as part of the deal....BOGOFF !!! cos lets face it neither will get a chance, vdm can be fully fit and moyes still doesnt give him a go, doesn't deserve one like as far as i'm concerned so get rid ffs, save 2 weeks wages and hey.....they could lower the charges on the pre-pay card, cos after all it is something for the fans who are unable to get a c/card due to no wedge

He had a very unfortunate start here which meant he would never get off the back burner. Wish he had been given more of a chance though instead of displacing Jags by bringing Yobo in.

No loss to us in the long run, i wasn't impressed with his performance at Portsmouth.

He really didnt do anything wrong and it was his first game back for months....We've had Hibbo being **** for years never mind 1 game.

Never got a run out. Moyes thought he was ****. He'll be playing Champions League footy next year. Win win.
