Donovan Yes Cahill No...

By the time we get to January you would hope ofoe deal can be rescued or alternative cm brought in. We'v moved on from Cahill playing ACM and we hopefully wouldn't need him as cover for cm.

Plus feel bad saying it but... He's not good enough for us anymore!

Good morning all, yaaaawn! Just noticed that the title of this thread is a bit weird. “Landon or Tim..â€￾ is more understandable. I tried to edit but failed, technically incompetent as I am.
So folks; It's not about cutting Landon Donovan in two parts and then select one of the them…or both…or none.

Donovan back on perm. in January or GTFO. On top of the fact he's a quality international and American, he also looks like Sheldon Cooper, which ticks many boxes for me.

Knock, knock, knock Landon. Knock, knock, knock Landon. Knock, knock, knock Landon.

Get him in. We need all the depth we can get. It's a pity he's tied to the MLS until he's 32 or so. Think by that time we wouldn't be interested in him.

Donavan Permanent YES.

Loan - injuries abound yes otherwise no he should commit himself as has been said.

Cahill - no, he's left before his reputation was tarnished and rightly so. he should get on with MLS now prem is behind him.

Doesn't Donovan's contract run out in May? Get him on a free. As for Cahill he's banned for 3 games anyway isn't he? So that wouldn't be worthwhile at all.

Yes Donovan
No Cahill

Everton F.C, are NOT a conditioning centre for the MLS, they must think we are right ones keep signing a player on loan so that we can pay him to get himself fit for someone else.

Don't even think that really matters mate. Both times he's come here he's made a massive difference two our game and really helped us kick on into the second half of the season, with Pienaar going to the ACN we'll need another player who makes consistent positive contributions to our attacking game.

Cahill on loan is so incredibly stupid an idea I'm not sure how it's been suggested so many times.

We sold him because he was awful. The only reason not to sell him was sentiment, which has rightfully been avoided. Getting him back on loan is a terrible, terrible idea. No, it's not even an idea, it's just a neurotic brain fart.

Donovan? Hmmm, well I think that boat has sailed. I've had enough flirtatious loans and I'd rather us save our cash for players who will play for us for seasons, not weeks.
