Transfer Rumour Lamine Kone

Come on mate. Koeman gave Southampton two seasons and was entering the final year of his contract. It's a world away.

The club just offered him a new contact and he turned it down, just on six months after joining the club on a permanent transfer.

It's perfectly fine to criticise the behaviour of player during this summer. Excusing it because he is due to sign for us is kopite behaviour. Let's get some t shirts and get the players to wear them while warming up to FREE LAMINE from this terrible injustice imposed upon him.

He's behaved like an utter gimp.
He's been badly advised for sure, but his agent is McKay ffs (albeit via proxy i.e. His lad)

McKay is a snake and he'll have been orchestrating his clients actions.

The fact remains, he was promised a new deal by Allardyce, it never appeared unit AFTER he was given permission to speak to us and we put a bucketload of cash under his nose.

Agreed. I can understand why Moyes is being stubborn about this because players shouldn't be able to do what they want. But it's starting to seem like it would be in Sunderland's interests to just move him on and spend the money on players that want to be there.

Think it would be a mistake to keep him there now.
Sell him for £18m and do his old trick of getting a good one from Championship for less, Dunk or Goldson at Brighton are good and probably both better than the rest of the defenders at Sunderland already without improving for the step up in standard once they settle in. Then again looking at Sunderland yesterday it wouldn't take much to improve their side.

He's appeared though and he's turned it down, just six months after signing his original contract and when his new club, of whom he's received much adoration from the fans, needs him most.

In a saturated market of lamentable behaviour this is right up there.

It clearly means he has a bad attitude.

All comes down to what he was promised by fat Sam really, and no one will ever know that for sure, but wouldn't surprise one bit if the fat chancer promised more than Sunderland can or are willing to offer so player got narked off, alternatively he could just be a tit as well, or a bit of both.

If he signs then sound, he's a good player etc, but won't be surprised if he wants out here should he do really well down the line. And will hope s'land fans give him dogs when we play them.
