Notice in the interview RM says "I'm gonna use that period where he's not allowed...[to play?]". Possibly under instruction from Monaco not to risk him yet

We're not quite there yet...

The forward will require a visa before playing for the Toffees, a formality that is expected to be completed in the coming days.

Can he get a visa before the derby?

Thats not going to be a problem.

Has the scare mongering stopped; the last 2 days Everton have been the most incompetent club in the world

4 loanees, one of which who will almost certainly become a permanent signing in the summer (Barry) and one which has really been a peripheral figure to the team (Deulofeu).

I suppose it is a little concerning that 2 are strikers, both of which will go back to their parent clubs. But in the meantime we can use them to finish strongly.

If we get into the top 4, we'll have the money to buy permanent replacements.

We've known for a long time that the club doesn't have any money and the money we do get goes on.... well... on loan fees and debt.

It's a way of getting to where we want to be. Rather than sit and pout like Moyes did, at least Martinez is trying something different. Moyes loaned the odd person, but Martinez is fully embracing the system.

We're currently 6th, precisely were we finished last season with no loans in the team

Deulofeu was becoming increasingly important and would've started a lot of the games over Christmas had he been fit

Regarding money, Fellaini was sold for 27.5m, Anichebe for 5m and Jelavic for 6.5m, are you saying we've paid 20/30m to loan Lukaku and Deulofeu for a season?
