Lacina Traore

Fair enough, I stand corrected, chaps.

If he was exclusively a striker, and only managed 24 goals in 96 games for Rangers, then that doesn't really bode well for us.

Can't we just spunk 30m on Jackson Martinez?

Naismith was more of the behind the striker player than an actual out and out striker really

Not for rangers no. But he has played up top for scotland.

I think the laboured point is with 3 goals in 27 for Scotland and a 1-in-4 ratio for Rangers he's hardly gonna solve our striker shortage problem, even as a stop-gap it seems more pointless than playing Vellios.

One option would be to move Mirallas as the striker and play Naismith as the winger. This is something we'll probably see a few times before the season's out.

I agree with you mate. I think we only have one proper experienced striker on our books that isn't injured. And that's Lukaku.

Monaco may not allow Lacina Traore to join Everton this month due to a serious knee injury suffered by Radamel Falcao, according to a report.

The Daily Star claims that Falcao's injury sustained during his side's Coupe de France tie against Monts D'or Azergues on Wednesday could stop coach Claudio Ranieri from allowing the 23-year-old to leave the Ligue 1 outfit for the Toffees.
