Theres a lot of people who like to pretend to be "in the know" for some reason - and them facts are nothing more than whats been reported in the media - and an extra random bit or two which have already been posted on other websites (facebook mention for example).
Oh and to answer your question - why didn't we increase our bid? Why should we? They agreed the fee with us - it was down to Naughton.

At the end of the day, Barlow claims to just be passing on information. You can believe what his mate claims to have been told, or believe its just media regurgitation. I just happen to believe the latter - and I consider myself to be fairly naive.

just been looking at the spurs forum and they dont evan want naughton becoz of the amount of full backs they have got waste of money there saying
