It's just one check. In this example, it's a verified email (so no proxy/or common free email account) with a fairly unique name, that unique name was used to run a search which found his Facebook profile with EFC content and a Twitter account which similar views, which I'm 90% sure is also him.

Oh, and he's visited GOT direct from EFC sites like the official site and NewsNow Everton.

Modding is a thankless task Lads, as I mod over on Overclockers and know hard and time consuming it can be.

Let the mods do their thing, any RS will be caught and kicked out I'm sure of it. :)

There's a report function. We look at all reports. We won't ban members on a whim, or a hunch.

The last report we had, from two members, I googled the members email address and he was clearly a blue.

Our approach has always been same same since 2007, the only difference at the moment is blues having nervous breakdowns because they're about to piss the league.

I actually think you're a kopite that has setup an Everton forum at significant personal expense just to cultivate an environment that brings together loads of angry blues and one day leads to a mass spontaneous combustion of the fan base. At which point the forum will close and re-direct to a private thread on RAWK where this has been documented for over a decade as some sort of social media experiment.

Absolute disgrace, but it's hard not to applaud it.

I wouldn't be too quick to judge mate. The lad that posted that has mental health issues, which likely cause him to overreact when typing things on a forum that he's passionate about i.e Everton.
 
I said in another thread...give them a 1/2 membership and their own sub forum to pontificate with themselves and a read only on the main site .. and when you want to dip into it to take the piss u can... because its A bloody sport to infiltrate on GOT.
keep them all in one place, I don’t mind banter or different opinions but it does ruin a good thread when it turns into a witch hunt or a who’s a super fan.
