Honestly think his head is gone. He’s always had confidence challenges and speaks well about it. All of which is fine but we need to part ways and move on gracefully. Even the 50p jokes are seldom now, he rarely gets into scoring positions

There isn't a player in our squad I wouldn't sell and most of them could leave on frees to get their ridiculous wages off the books. Awful and the only shining light of this happening on the last day is that it can't be brushed under the carpet with a spirited 1-0 win over fellow midtable fodder in a few days.
The whole club needs to digest this and act decisively.

I want half the team gone. Same core of players responsible for 3 managers losing their jobs. Some players have seen 4 managers sacked too.
Anyone bought from a relegated side or who is a big team cast off needs to go. Their mentality is the reason that season after season the fans and coaching staff are being let down over and over.
This is the lowest Ancelloti has ever finished in a full season by four places and while he's not blameless I think overall the bulk of the blame lies with the players and their attitude.
Brands should be looking at hungry players with ambition, a point prove and a desire to win no matter what. Talent alone is useless without the mental attributes. Would honestly rather a team of average players with the right mentality than technically gifted players who jet off before the seasons over or who can't be bothered to win and achieve on the pitch.

Great point actually. If we'd brought in a striker in January who actually gave a toss, not only could he possibly have bagged a few, he'd also have improved DCL and Richy for the second half of the season by putting pressure on their starting position.
As it is both of them know they can have a kip on the halfway line during a game and they'll still get picked next weekend.
